Come visit and play with our adoptable cats! Enjoy access to both our Front Lounge & Main Lounge.

Entry begins at the top of the hour, and will last 50 minutes. Please arrive a few minutes early to check-in. As a lounge, we do not have food or beverages for sale — however, feel free to bring your own. As nicely as the kitties may ask to share, please keep all food and beverages to yourself.

Changes to your reservation can only be made up to 24 hours before your booked time. If you need to change or cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your booked time, no refunds will be issued.

Please note that for every 2 minors visiting the lounge, there must be 1 adult present. All guests, including minors, will need to confirm our waiver at checkout.

The lounge is most comfortable for the kitties when there aren't more than 15 people joining them. You will be asked to select the quantity of guests at checkout. Booking price is per person, and is the same price for everyone, as the kitties don't judge based on size, shape or age. If a non-walking infant is joining your party, you do not need to include them in your booking as they will not be interacting with the cats. Work/Study with Cats (3hr block)

Sick of staring at your same boring walls while you work or study from home? Shake things up and pet cats while you get your work done! We have tables where you can set up, plugs for your devices, and Wi-Fi to connect. If the kitties had thumbs, they would be the first to help you get your work done! Choose to start your time at 11am, 12pm or 1pm during the week.

As a lounge, we do not have food or beverages for sale — however, feel free to bring your own. As nicely as the kitties may ask to share, please keep all food and beverages to yourself - the cats do not understand personal space and can make eating a leisurely lunch a challenge.

Please note this booking is designed for adults or students ages 13 and older

Cat Yoga

It's 45 minutes of yoga, and 45 minutes of cat time. Sounds purrr-fect!

Join us alternating Sundays between 9:15-10:45am, or alternating Tuesdays between 6:30-8pm.

So if you're feline like it's time to unwind, BYOYM (bring your own yoga mat), and expect that some of our cats may consider your mat worth scratching. That's just claws and effect.

Please note, Cat Yoga is currently an event for guests ages 16 years and older

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By signing and submitting this form, I, the undersigned, hereby agree to the following waiver and limitation and release of liability to Catcetera Cat Lounge, LLC (the “Company”, “Lounge”), as well as its associates rescues:

I waive any and all claims I may have now and in the future, and release from all liability and agree not to sue Catcetera Cat Lounge, Beacon of Hope Animal Rescue, Project Meow, its officers, agents, representatives, volunteers or employees (“Staff”) for any personal injury or loss sustained by me.

I am aware that the Lounge, although a relaxing environment, may pose certain risks of injury in the course of my time there, including but not limited to: cat scratches, potential allergic reactions, cat bites, COVID-19 exposure, or fleas.

I am aware that whenever I come in close contact with a cat, there is a risk that the cat may carry a transmissible disease that may be carried by cats, including but not limited to: roundworms, toxoplasmosis, rabies, ringworm, or cryptosporidiosis. I acknowledge that the Lounge receives the cats after they have been vaccinated and medically cleared by the Rescue. I understand that the Lounge is not personally responsible for the medical care of the cats.

I agree not to handle the cats in a rough manner, nor handle them in any way prohibited by the Lounge and I will treat them gently and with respect. I will follow all stated and posted rules at the Lounge regarding acceptable ways to interact with the cats to ensure the safety of both the cats and visitors. If a staff member or volunteer sees that you are not treating any of our cats or employees with respect, you will be asked to leave.

I am also aware that the Lounge or the Rescue are not responsible for any damage to personal property or stolen goods that may incur while spending time with the cats knowing that these cats come from all different backgrounds including, but not limited to, being homeless, abandoned, abused, neglected and or have health and/or behavioral issues. Therefore, I agree that any damage that occurs or anything stolen is my responsibility such as damage to articles of clothing, purses, shoes and/or personal property.

I understand that the Lounge may take photography or video during my visit at the lounge, and it is possible that my image may be captured in said photography or video. I agree to allow the Lounge to use said photography or video as they deem necessary.

Further, I agree that I am over the age of 18 and at all times during my visit at the Lounge, I will abide by and comply with any additional instructions given by the Staff, and I accept that non-compliance may result in injury or termination of my visit. Visitors under the age of 18 must always be accompanied and supervised by a responsible parent or approved adult while volunteering. Visitors under the age of 18 must have a separate release completed and signed by the parent or legal guardian below.

This Release creates the one and only agreement of the Company and Myself with respect to the subject matter contained herein and sets aside all prior understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to such subject matter. If any term of this Release is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Release or invalidate such term or provision in any other jurisdiction.

I have read this Liability in full before signing below, and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this Release and agree that this Release will be binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and successors.
