Batman (aka Pebbles)

Breed: Gray & White Butterball Age: 2.5 years old Gender: Male
Meet Batman, aka Pebbles. Batman is a gentle, precious FLOOF! His kitten self started appearing on a feeder's porch at the end of last summer and quickly became a regular. A few months ago, he needed some help with a gooey eye, and we intervened. He was not easily contained (hence, his name: Batman), but once he was treated and neutered, he began adjusting to indoor kitty life.

Lucky for us, he's beginning to come around to his human friends. Once he gets to know you, his love language is pets and purring loudly. Batman is still a little shy, but he lights up and shows his playful side when he’s around other cats; With both cats and humans, we've never witnessed any aggression at all - just gentleness and sweetness.

Quite literally an angel, Batman would be perfect for someone patient, gentle and loving. Put on your Bat Signal and meet this sweet floof today! He is affectionate, curious, gentle, playful, quiet, and smart.

Pebbles aka Batman is around 2 years old and is neutered, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained.

Rescue Partner: Project Meow

Project Meow is a foster-based cat rescue serving Central New Jersey. They are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming cats in need. Founded in 2007, Project MEOW is an all-volunteer non-profit cat rescue group that either directly helps homeless cats or works with community members in West Philadelphia neighborhoods to assist them in caring for cats located in their vicinity. Our mission is to humanely reduce the future population of cats living on the streets via spay/neuter, while simultaneously improving the lives of current homeless cats through our foster/adoption program and colony cat program. Trap-Neuter-Return-Manage (TNRM) is both the humane and the scientifically-proven best approach for controlling the community cat population. The Manage component refers to the care of the outdoor cats in a safe, controlled environment by a community Caretaker.
