Omara Ogden
Omara Ogden
Part-time lover - Wants to be in the same room but also likes their space.
Socialite - Loves to be the center of attention and wants to be involved in everything you do.
It's a bird, it's a plane....No! It's Omara! This female orange tabby (yes you read that right) has more energy than four cats combined. Omara LOVES to play and will literally play with the air if she could. She would love a home with an equally energetic kitten / young cat that she could rough and tumble and cuddle with. She is full of not only energy but has a great inquisitive and social personality that would immediately brighten up anyone's home.
Omara Ogden is under a year old and is spayed, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained. She is Affectionate, Athletic, Brave, Cuddly, Curious, and Playful.
Rescue Partner: Project Meow
Project Meow is a foster-based cat rescue serving Central New Jersey. They are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming cats in need. Founded in 2007, Project MEOW is an all-volunteer non-profit cat rescue group that either directly helps homeless cats or works with community members in West Philadelphia neighborhoods to assist them in caring for cats located in their vicinity. Our mission is to humanely reduce the future population of cats living on the streets via spay/neuter, while simultaneously improving the lives of current homeless cats through our foster/adoption program and colony cat program. Trap-Neuter-Return-Manage (TNRM) is both the humane and the scientifically-proven best approach for controlling the community cat population. The Manage component refers to the care of the outdoor cats in a safe, controlled environment by a community Caretaker.
