* New * Tabitha Guyer

Breed: Grey Tabby Age: 4 months old Gender: Female
When Tabitha came into foster, she was a fearful spicy ball of hiss, but she has since blossomed into a curious, adventurous confident kitten who seeks out pets. She still does not like to be picked up and handled but will come for cuddles. She loves playing with her littermates. She needs to be adopted with a littermate or have a kitten already in the house that can help her with navigating kitten life. It has been a joy to see her develop from a scared girl, who would climb on TOP of her littermates for comfort, to a sweet and funny kitten.

Tabitha is estimated to be 4 months old. She is spayed, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained.

Rescue Partner: Project Meow

Project Meow is a foster-based cat rescue serving Central New Jersey. They are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming cats in need. Founded in 2007, Project MEOW is an all-volunteer non-profit cat rescue group that either directly helps homeless cats or works with community members in West Philadelphia neighborhoods to assist them in caring for cats located in their vicinity. Our mission is to humanely reduce the future population of cats living on the streets via spay/neuter, while simultaneously improving the lives of current homeless cats through our foster/adoption program and colony cat program. Trap-Neuter-Return-Manage (TNRM) is both the humane and the scientifically-proven best approach for controlling the community cat population. The Manage component refers to the care of the outdoor cats in a safe, controlled environment by a community Caretaker.
